A documentary crew ventures deep into the Amazon to film a lost indigenous tribe, led by director Terri Flores and her team. After rescuing a stranded Paraguayan hunter named Paul Serone, they find their mission hijacked by his obsession with capturing a legendary giant anaconda. As the river narrows and tensions rise, accidents and sabotage mount, leaving the crew isolated, mistrustful, and low on supplies. Serone’s ruthless tactics force them into perilous detours, turning the jungle—and the waterway—into a lethal trap. One by one, the team faces deadly encounters as the massive snake strikes from the trees and river with crushing speed. With their boat crippled and allies falling, Terri and her remaining crew must outwit both the relentless predator and Serone’s schemes to survive.
